In business, non-profit organizations, churches, government and the like, we help to "set in order the things lacking and develop leadership and teams throughout the organization." Often, we as business owners and leaders set the desired result or goal but never understand the pathway to achieve them. We become the roadmap or lighthouse which illuminates the path giving clear direction toward the result. Where creating your goal may be difficult, we assist you in creating your own. In other words, we teach leaders how to effectively think their way through or around obstacles thus becoming "un-stuck."
We work with each client individually and relationally utilizing professional life and business coaching techniques, conducting teaching and training seminars, mastermind group facilitation and public speaking. We also facilitate the building of teams. Bob has been a Mentor with the John Maxwell Team for the past five years and previously was a team leader and law enforcement administrator for the County of Los Angeles, Ca where he effectively selected and ran specialized operations for most of his 21 year career.
