Meet new faces and make important contacts On Friday, March 24th, 2023 at the Bristol Train Station event center as you participate in a structured business networking event with a system designed to ensure you meet a large number of business professionals face to face. During this event, participants will follow an ordered schedule to meet 7 other people at a time, per table, over 12 rounds. Participants will deliver their 1 minute introductions to each other, as well as pass out cards and flyers during each round.
This is like “Speed Dating For Business” – Imagine how long it would take to cold call, get through the gatekeepers, meet the decision makers, chat face-to-face and get personal contact information at almost 100 businesses? Could you do it in 4 hours? This is the beauty of speed networking, and their is no better way to reach so many people that matter in one morning!
There will be a door prize drawing at the conclusion of this event and all participants are highly encouraged to bring a door prize for the drawing if they wish. Donations for the drawing will receive a public acknowledgement to the group.
Breakfast, snacks and drinks will be provided during the event. You are also welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks to the event.
We will start on time – please plan to arrive promptly to Register (Registration opens at 7:30am), enjoy Breakfast and Pre-meeting Open Networking (7:30am-8:30am) and be seated when the program begins promptly at 8:30am. For maximum benefit of all participants, we strongly encourage everyone to stay for the duration of the event and not leave before the end.

FAQ: Questions you might have about the event.
Is there Free Parking at the event?
Yes, the Bristol Train Station has a free parking lot, with additional overflow parking across the street.
What should I bring to this event?
Bring at least 100+ business cards, flyers, handouts, promotional products, etc to distribute to other attendees.
When should I arrive?
We will officially open the doors for registration and breakfast at 7:30am. Please arrive in time to register and grab some breakfast and coffee before the event starts at 8:30am sharp. We will have breaks built in for you to grab extra refreshments and use the facilities.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You may bring your printed ticket or show us your registration on your mobile device. We will also have a printed list so if you lose your ticket, just show us your ID at the registration table.
What if I miss someone at the event and don’t get their information?
We will provide everyone a .pdf file after the event with all contact information for all attendees.
Will there be food and drink at the event?
Yes, we will provide breakfast, snacks, and beverages during the event.
What’s the Refund policy?
No Refunds, however tickets/sponsorships can be transferred to another person (See next question)
Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
No, please see the previous question to transfer a ticket.
