Problem is, that can cost quite a bit of money to join an exclusive group, and not everyone has the time to go to events or meetings weekly. What is Incredible Business Networking (IBN)? We provide, open to all, inclusive networking events that anyone can attend – no memberships to buy, no attendance requirements or penalties, no exclusions based on type of business. If you can show up at one of our events, you are welcome! Our Lunch events are free to attend, (of course we would appreciate it if you buy your own lunch and support our host restaurants that provide free space for us to meet in)

What should someone expect at a meeting? We are there at 11am for pre-meeting networking, and we ask that all attendees show up by 11:30am. However, if you need to be late, that’s ok, just come when you can, we will make sure you get a chance to talk about your business to the group. The lunch is usually finished by 1pm, but many will stay a while and talk with others they have met at the meeting. We always encourage setting up a time to have coffee, lunch, or even a beer after work. It’s getting to know people and learning about them that makes people want to do business with or refer them to others. During our lunch events, attendees will get the chance to exchange business cards and flyers, give a 1-minute elevator speech about their business, discuss business needs with the group, talk about other networking opportunities in the area, give testimonials and gratitude, and possibly win a door prize. While we have a core group that attends most meetings, we also have a good group of new attendees every time as a result of word of mouth referrals, Facebook Event Page and promotional ads, our Meetup Group, and Search Engine results driving people to IBN. This means that attending an event is always going to introduce you to new opportunities and also get you together with friends and business minded individuals.
What should you bring to an IBN event? Start with a stack of business cards or flyers, anything you have to promote your business products and services. Better yet, if you have promotional products like magnets, pens, usb drives, or whatever you can dream up, bring them. Next, have a 1 minute presentation about what you do ready to go. Not sure what to say, that’s ok too. We can walk you through it. New to networking? Don’t be scared, it’s fun and easy, and gets better every time! If you like, you can also bring a door prize for our drawing that we hold at the end of every event. This is a great way to further promote you and your business, as we give you an extra minute to talk about it when you donate a door prize. That’s it, nothing complicated.
